Eventors Australia – Event + Project Management + Licensee Bar Operations Company deliver the City of Sydney NYE celebrations in Pirrama Park Pyrmont 2013 to 2018
Margot Natoli, Director of Margot Natoli Project Management Pty Ltd and Peter Morris of Lakenda Bar Management Pty Ltd, have formed a specialist event management company, Eventors Australia Pty Ltd. Eventors Australia aims to provide a high standard of production and management services including liquor licensing and bar management to indoor and outdoor events and functions.
Margot has more than 18 years in event + project management specialising, in particular, in production of major outdoor events. Peter has had over 30 years in the Hospitality Industry, firstly as an owner/operator of a number of hotels followed by more than 20 years in liquor consulting, event liquor licensing and bar operational delivery to major events.
Eventors Australia Pty Ltd were the successful tenderer for the City of Sydney managed access public site for the City of Sydney NYE fireworks viewing event held annually at Pirrama Park, Pyrmont.
The original contract was for the 2013 year. In 2014 the City re-tendered for the opportunity and Eventors Australia were again successful and were awarded a new contract for a further 3 year period.
The Pirrama Park Viewing event has an approved capacity of 15,000. The brief involves provision of all aspects required to safely and successfully produce and manage a public event including contracting of all suppliers, appointment of a licensed security company, liaising with relevant consent authorities as required, the delivery of a liquor license and management of the event bars, together with all City of Sydney requirements. Also required was the creation, marketing and management of a private pre-sold ticketed event to be run concurrently on the site.
